3. Mechanical Properties

1. Shaft Push-Pull Strength:
   Apply a 10kg static load axially to the shaft for 10s after soldering to the PCB. The shaft should show no damage, abnormal rotation, and meet electrical requirements.
2. Shaft Stop-Per Strength:
   Apply 5kg·cm torque at both end stops for 5s; no significant looseness or contact issues are allowed.
3. Shaft Wobble:
   Apply a 1Kgf load 5mm from the shaft tip perpendicular to the axis; wobble should be ≤0.8×L/30mm p-p (L: installation length, proportional calculation).
4. Bushing Nut Tightening Strength:
   Tightening torque ≤6.2 in-lbs (7.1Kgf·cm) per specified installation.

1. Rotational Life:
   After 30,000 cycles at 800 rotations/hour under no load, contact resistance remains ≤100mΩ, with other specs met.
2. Environmental Resistance:
   Passes heat (85°C, 96h), humidity (40°C, 90~95%RH, 96h), and cold (-30°C, 90h) tests with initial specs maintained.
3. Free-Fall Resistance:
   No excessive deformation or damage (except terminal deformation) after dropping from 60cm onto concrete with vinyl tile.

Soldering Conditions

• Manual Soldering: ≤260°C, ≤5s
• Dip Soldering: ≤350°C±5°C, 5±1s (max 2 repetitions)

Usage Precautions

• Store away from high temperature, humidity, and corrosive gases
• Use within 6 months after opening
• Avoid water contact, lateral pressure, or impact on the shaft
